A Hamiltonian of the exchange interaction in the spin representation is developed for the couples of particles with spins equal to 3/2. The ground antiferromagnetic state is degenerated in respect to the total spin of the acceptor couple. The degeneracy is removed by a strong magnetic field that induces a transition into a magnetic and (at the same time) a conducting state.

The influence of epilayer structure parameters of tandem GalnP/GalnAs/Ge solar cells on sunlight conversion efficiency has been investigated. The optimal choice of thicknesses and doping levels of emitters of GalnP and GalnAs subcells were shown to allow to improve efficiency of the solar cells up to 4 %.

## The influence of structural factor on the Meissner state in the 3D-ordered Josephson medium

The system of difference equations based on the conditions of fluxoid quantization in the cells is obtained. A method of solutions of the system for the Meissner configuration for all values of parameters is proposed. The current configurations as well as the critical field above which the Meissner configuration does not exist are calculated.

## Calculation of parameters of tin impurity states in bismuth telluride using the Hall effect data

Basing on experimental temperature dependence of the Hall factor in telluride bismuth crystal doped with tin and iodine, chemical potential of holes and energy of two-electron impurity states of tin have been calculated within framework of two-band model at the temperature range of 77—330 K. Coefficient of temperature drift of tin two-electron level relatively the top of the valence band and value of Hubbard energy were estimated.

## Theoretical estimation of the diameter of the droplets formed in a breakup of the largest droplets in the process vessel with stirring

In a liquid-liquid system with mechanical stirring a mechanism of fine droplets fraction formation doesn't have complete theoretical explanation. The paper presents a theoretical estimation of a diameter of the smallest daughter droplets formed in the process vessel in a breakup of largest droplets of polydispersed emulsion.

Both mathematical model and economical calculation algorithm for numerical simulation of the heat and mass transfer processes in the molten slag bath of the rectangular electric smelting furnace have been carried out. The high intensive operational conditions of the furnace are investigated.

The model of unsteady nonisothermal droplet vaporization of atomized liquid is formulated, taking into account the temperature gradient and liquid recirculation inside the droplet. The examples of the solutions for the metal, organic-glass and concrete shells are given. The critical load for the elastic behavior of the material is estimated.
