A statistical model of a ferroelectric domain wall in the nonuniform thermal field is considered. The simulation is based on Monte-Carlo method. The system exhibits a self-oscillations behavior. Both a velocity and a rate of disorder of the wall show correlated oscillations during the wall drift toward the temperature gradient.

A molecular system bordering on a hard impenetrable surface has been considered. The asymptotic value of the two-particle distribution function was calculated provided the particles were well off the surface. A new equation for one-particle distribution function was stated. That enabled to estimate the precision for the well known singlet approximation.

Characteristics of low-energy implantation of ions, clusters and fullerenes C[N] (N = 1, 5, 60) in silicon carbide have been presented. An analysis of the spatial distribution of the ranges of implanted atoms and features of defect production in the subsurface area of bombarded target versus the incident cluster size were carried out.

The states in the upper Hubbard band in lightly doped quantum wells have been studied. To do this, the density of states of the valence-band was numerically simulated depending on the temperature for arbitrary parameters of the QW, using the Metropolis algorithm. The results were in qualitative agreement with the temperature dependence of photolumines-cence spectra and conductance in such structures.

## The fluxoid oscillations and waves in the interior space of the HTSC

The model explaining the phenomenon of a long-living radio-frequency echo-signal in superconductors according to which two ensembles of nonlinear oscillators take part in its formation has been offered. The first one is crystal lattices of grains of HTSC powder in which arise phonone fluctuations, and the second one is - fluxoid ensemble. Preservation of a phase of fluctuations by the second one allows to observe an echo-signal.

The problem of mathematical simulation of managerial processes by systems with mobile thermal sources is considered. Process of an extract in manufacture of an optical fiber is investigated. The nonlinear problem about optimum control of capacity of a thermal source is formulated, the theorem of existence of the decision is proved, and the gradient method release is used.

A mathematical model describing a mechanism of air-methane clouds forming in the atmosphere has been suggested. Minimum intensity of methane ejection from gas pipeline emergency valve that makes explosion enable at a height of over 500 m was estimated. This estimation confirms possibility of space explosion as a result of air-methane mixture ignition by lightning or other sources of high temperature.

## Mathematical models, the research algorythm and the ribbed shells steadiness analysis taking into account the creeping of the material at finite bending flexures

The mathematical deformation models and the algorithm of the ribbed shells research with joint geometrical nonlinearity and other factors accounting are proposed. It is shown, that the creeping of the material has a great impact on the decrease of the critical load estimated during the elastic behavior of the material.

The paper is devoted to the study of the solvability of the operator equation Lx = Fx, where L : X ^ Y - the linear limited noninvertible operator (resonance case) and F : X ^ Y - completely continuous operator; X, Y - Banach spaces. The existence theorem is proved in the conditions of the monotony of an auxiliary operator. To illustrate the developed approach, a solvability of a periodic boundary value problem for the second order differential equation is considered.
